The value felt average to me. It wasn’t terrible, but after dealing with the whole service process, I was kind of tired of having to follow up and explain things. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a bit more worthwhile...

We really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beach and ended up going every day. It made the stay feel relaxed and convenient. Overall, a great spot if you want simple, close beach access.

the customer service was okay overall, just not the quickest. I had to wait a couple of days to hear back about my booking, which was a little frustrating. They did end up helping me, and the person I spoke with was polite, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish they were a bit faster with their replies.

The kids pool was really nice, and our kids had a good time there. But, like, the play area felt a bit small, and in the evenings it got way too crowded for our family to really relax.

I can’t say I have a ton to compare it to, but my experience was quick and hassle-free. Everything seemed to go smoothly, and I didn’t run into any issues.

I don’t have a ton of patience for places that make things harder than they need to be, but this stay was easy. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly without overdoing it. I’d go back again

The drinks took way longer than I expected?! The staff were nice enough, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the wait definitely stood out.

Stayed at Lopesan the whole place just had such a calm, clean vibe. Pretty. The resort looked especially nice at night with the lights and music going. Chill. It was just a really relaxed, easy place to be

I booked through lopesan.com mainly because I was looking for a hotel with a good spa, it was "worth it." The wellness area was clean, peaceful, and not too busy when I went, which made the whole experience even better. The sauna, pool, and massage were all really nice, and the staff were friendly without making anything feel awkward. They explained everything clearly, and I left feeling properly relaxed, which was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely use the site again for another "spa break."

The food was actually really nice, so no complaints there, but the service felt slow most nights. The staff were friendly enough, they just seemed really busy and a bit unorganised at times. A few times we weren’t really sure what was supposed to happen next or who we needed to speak to, which got a little frustrating.

It’s close to a few good areas, but for other things you’re either taking taxis or doing a decent walk. Meh. Not a bad spot at all, just not super convenient if you like being right in the middle of everything

The pool areas were nice, and they seemed clean enough when we were there. It did get really crowded most days though, like if you didn’t go down early it was a struggle to find beds. The kids didn’t seem to care at all and had a great time splashing around, so that was a plus. I mean, overall it was fine, just not one of those amazing pool setups I’d rave about

We stayed at Lopesan the room was spotless when we got there. The bathroom was clean, towels were fresh, and there wasn’t any dust or weird smell at all. I’ve stayed at a few hotels before where the room looked fine at first but felt a bit neglected, so this was a nice change. Booked through lopesan.com and overall the hotel was alright, nothing too bad really. The buffet looked good at first, like there was a fair bit to choose from, so I wouldn’t say it was bad. But after a few days it kinda felt like the same stuff kept showing up again and again. Breakfast was probably the best part for me, dinner was okay but could definitely do with more variety, especially more hot food options. Staff were friendly and the place was clean, so that was all fine. Just for the price I was expecting a bit more choice. Not awful, not amazing either, just sort of in the middle

Stayed at Lopesan the food was a bit of a mixed bag for me. Breakfast was decent with enough options to keep things interesting, but dinner started to feel REALLY repetitive after a few days. Some dishes were tasty, but a few were only warm instead of properly hot, which was a little disappointing. The desserts were definitely a highlight though. Overall, not bad, but for the price, I expected a bit more

I had a nice stay overall, but the Wi-Fi in my room kept dropping, which was a bit frustrating. It seemed to work much better near reception, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying when I was trying to plan things for the day. Other than that, I was happy with the stay.

We booked directly through Lopesan Hotels and stayed last week, so I can only speak from my own experience, but the evening entertainment was genuinely better than I expected.

There was something different on each night, from singers and dancers to a small show for the kids, and it never felt like they were just repeating the same thing. The staff seemed to really enjoy being part of it too, which made the whole atmosphere feel more natural and fun.
It wasn’t completely perfect, as a couple of nights started a little later than planned, but that didn’t spoil it for us. We had a great time overall, and I’d happily give 5 stars for the shows and the atmosphere.

The room ended up being more comfortable than I thought it would be. The bed was surprisingly good, and I slept really well every night without any back pain or noise keeping me up. The pillows were nice too, not flat like I’ve had at some places. Everything felt clean, cozy, and easy to relax in after a long day.
